Another popular management model is called flat organizations . It consists of "eliminating" all the most frequent steps in the organization of companies with the aim of making their operation more agile through the motivation of employees and the transparency of their operation. In other words, power is distributed in a relatively equitable way so that supervision is not necessary. Of course, it is not recommended for large companies, because it can result in a kind of anarchy that leads to ruin.
