What is fury?

What Does fury Mean

Saña is a term that refers to rage or anger when you do not have any type of control. For example: "The man viciously beat the thief to death" , "The criminals acted viciously: not only did they take all the belongings from the house, but they also set fire to the property" , "The boxers are not vicious, they stick with each other with professionalism and always respecting the rules of the game ” .

Within the scope of Law, the term viciousness also takes on special prominence. Specifically, it becomes relevant when a murder or homicide case is being tried. And it is that the aforementioned fury that the accused carried out to determine whether it is a crime or another will be taken into account. But not only that, their presence will also be considered to establish whether the alleged perpetrator can see his situation worsened by it, which, in that case, will act as an aggravating factor.

Specifically, a person is considered to have used viciousness or cruelty when, in an absolutely deliberate way and devoid of any kind of humanity, the victim's pain has increased. In order to know if that has been present, evidence such as the forensic report or the statements of the witnesses will be taken into account, but the first thing that will decide if there are many signs of blows prior to the death of the said victim will especially serve.
The notion is also used to name the conduct that is adopted out of resentment or the plan that is carried out out of resentment or anger : "I think the judge acted viciously against the player because of his background" , "The company was vicious with the workers who organized the protest and, little by little, they were fired ” , “ It was a brutally planned event ” .
The idea of viciousness can appear when the role of the media is analyzed . If various newspapers, television channels, radio stations and Internet portals harshly criticize a soccer player, even when this athlete has a good sporting performance, it could be said that journalism is judging the man in question viciously. This is revealed in the bitterness evidenced by the journalistic comments.
The viciousness is also present in the field of politics . A president can accuse the opposition of treating his government viciously since, instead of making constructive criticism or proposing alternatives, he limits himself to condemning all government actions with a destructive purpose .
In addition to the above, we cannot ignore either that Saña is the name of one of the twenty districts that shape the province of Chiclayo, which is located in the Department of Lambayeque and belongs to Peru.
About 12,000 inhabitants are those that this district has, which has an area of about 313 square kilometers and which celebrates two major celebrations throughout the year: Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo, in April, and San Isidro Labrador, in the Month of May.
