What Does exequible Mean

The Latin word exsĕqui , which can be translated as "perform," arrived in modern Latin as exsequibilis . That is the closest etymological antecedent of exequible , a term that allows us to qualify what is achievable .

The affordable, therefore, is feasible : it can be done. It should be noted that, according to the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy ( RAE ), it is an adjective little used.
For example: "Although it is a very expensive machine, the purchase becomes affordable thanks to the possibility of paying in various installments without interest" , "To motivate employees, managers must set affordable objectives" , "In my opinion it is about of an affordable undertaking, it will only require effort and a little money to be carried out ” .

The notion of enforceability is also used to refer to the sentence issued by a Constitutional Court to express that a law conforms or is consistent with the National Constitution . A rule, in this way, can be enforceable (meets the enforceability criterion) or unenforceable (lacks enforceability).
Take the case of Legislative Decree 678 , signed on May 20, 2020 by Colombian President Iván Duque Márquez . This decree, linked to exceptional measures in the context of the emergency that caused the pandemic of coronavirus , was reviewed by the Constitutional Court of Colombia . This court declared that articles 1 , 3 , 4 , 5 and 10 are enforceable (according to the Constitution), while articles 6 , 7 and 9 are unenforceable. The articles2 and 8 , meanwhile, were considered enforceable, although according to certain particular understandings.
