The importance of planning when teaching
It is important to note that planning is one of the fundamental tools in the organization of teaching work, as it allows establishing the objectives to be achieved when applying the activities that have been designed for the student (s). The result of good educational planning is comprehensive development and effective dissemination of functional learning so that each child can face their future life.

To carry out a correct organization of work, it is necessary to previously dedicate time to understand the students , what their qualities are, how they approach education, what activities could favor an effective learning performance, etc.
Some teachers, for fear of being not very spontaneous or interesting when imparting their knowledge, tend to string together their speeches in real time, without paying attention to the program and forgetting to consider the objectives of each class ; In this way they end up offering a disorderly and deficient education that only leads to the students being confused and not being able to understand the essentials of the subject they are learning.
Educational planning to achieve pedagogical objectives
If we take into account that the objective of planning is to be able to decide in advance the future to be achieved , to put into practice a balanced and organized teaching, we can say that a teacher who is not organized based on planning will offer a highly ineffective education, which will sow more doubts than answers in the student body.
To be put into practice, educational planning is helped by didactics ; that is, the set of techniques used in teaching (based on a series of principles and procedures applicable in any discipline). This branch of pedagogy is not only concerned with analyzing what is going to be taught but, and more carefully, with how it is going to be taught.
