What Does awareness Mean

Warning is the act and consequence of warning , a verb that refers to reprimand, punish or warn . The concept is usually used in the field of law with respect to a punishment that is applied for a disciplinary offense and that involves registering the offense so that, if it is repeated, a more severe penalty is applied.

These warnings can arise in the framework of a judicial process . The court or judge can draw attention to and warn one of the parties through communication to take a certain action . If you do not comply with what is required in the communication, it leads to a sanction. A judge can order, through a warning, that one of the parties to a trial go to court to give a statement: otherwise, they will be punished.

The warning can also warn one of the parties that, if it performs a certain action, it will be punished. For example : "The defendant was prohibited from leaving the country under arrest . "
Within the legal field, we also have to underline the existence of what is known as the procedure of warning of urgency. With it, it is indicated, for example, that if a part of a judicial process does not fail to comply with what is ordered to make a payment to the other affected party within a specific period, it may incur a serious problem that will be associated with a concrete sanction.
In the same way, in this area, the word warning is also used to refer to disciplinary sanctions and actions that are imposed on employees of the same who do not comply with what is due. That is, they do not carry out their functions as they should.
In an educational establishment, on the other hand, the warning can serve as a warning to a student to modify his behavior if he does not want to be sanctioned with reprimands or other mechanisms of punishment. The regulation of a secondary school, to cite one case, could establish that, when a student accumulates three warnings, he receives a warning . After ten reprimands, he is automatically expelled from school. The warnings, in this framework, are recorded in a disciplinary book.
Within the field of education, the most common warnings are established by what are the unexcused absences of students to class. In this way, they are understood as a tool to, among other things, reduce or end the so-called phenomenon of school absenteeism.
Thus, depending on the hours missed from class and the number of hours that the subject in question has, slight, serious or very serious warnings may be established.
Within the sports field we can underline the existence, for example, of warnings to clubs and teams for situations that occurred on their fields during a competition. We are referring, for example, to the decision to close the stadium because a bottle has been thrown at the referee.
