In the field in which this concept is widely used, it is in education where a social group made up of students is especially observed, who certainly present differences among themselves.
In the grade of a school there can be students who share lessons throughout the year, however, in social and personal matters they may not have anything in common since, for example, they come from different social strata. Now, the educational institution must rise to the occasion and not allow these differences to cloud the correct learning of both and each of them have the same possibilities regardless of the places where they come from.
In order to achieve this objective, it will be necessary to develop a content program that guarantees the learning and development of all students, without exceptions, and at the same time establish an oiled mechanism that detects the difficulties that may arise in this regard in order to repair them in time.
