Definition of Airplane

The airplane is a type of aircraft whose imposing texture makes it much heavier than the air itself and its most salient physical characteristics are the wings that it has arranged on its sides and the propulsion exerted by a single engine , or several, that allows it fly .

The operation of the plane is given thanks to the benefits of the aerodynamic force that is produced at the request of its wings, in an upward direction and is called lift (force caused on a certain body that moves through a fluid and in direction perpendicular to that of the velocity presented by the preeminent current).
It should be noted that the lift is plausible as a consequence of the pressure difference that will be caused between the upper and lower part of the wing and as a result of the shape of the aerodynamic profile .
Not all airplanes are identical in terms of structure, although they do share common elements. Aircraft transport passengers are the type most popular aircraft in the world.

There are various classifications of airplanes, so by their use we find civil airplanes (which can be used, either for cargo transport, passengers, health purposes, firefighting or to attend any other type of disaster. natural and for training ) and military aircraft whose mission is to attend to the different activities and situations posed in the military field, such as the transport of specialized cargo, troops, soldiers, fighters, refueling flights, among others.
Meanwhile, if we classify them in relation to the power plant they have, we will find: piston engines, jet engines, or propellants .
And the other use that the term airplane finds is to refer in a general way to diverse species of passerine birds, among which one stands out that measures around 13 cm. long, the color of its body being black and its belly white .
